    Tasambo Journal of Language, Literature, and Culture is a peer-reviewed journal of the Department of Languages and Cultures, Federal University Gusau, ZamfaraState, Nigeria. The journal derived its name from a popular Hausa epithet “Gusau ta Malam Sambo” ascribed to Gusau town of Zamfara State, Nigeria. The epithet is coined to reflect the founder of Gusau, the revered Sambo Dan’ashafa who was a renowned scholar from ‘Yandoto which (‘Yandoto) was historically a center of learning per excellence in the fields of sciences, Islamic theology, and jurisprudence.  The Editorial Board of the journal welcomes unpublished scholarly articles and articulated book reviews from interested scholars and researchers in the academia. The journal is published biannually. As an indexed journal, however, it is published both online and in print forms.
